Rena Dress - Blue Wasche

Some pieces have a life before they become yours.

This dress began with Wasche — a traditional embroidered wall hanging, the kind made to be displayed, admired and kept. Found alongside blue embroidered tablecloths and house linens sourced in Berlin, each textile carried its own history before arriving at a small studio in east Berlin to be transformed by hand into something entirely new.

The patchwork construction means every panel tells a different story — different weights, different embroidery patterns, different shades of blue that sit together with a quiet, considered beauty. Adjustable ties at the front mean it accommodates a range of sizes and can be worn fitted or relaxed depending on your mood. A pocket, because every good dress has one.

Wear it with white trainers and a linen jacket for an effortless Berlin summer look. Style it with sandals and a basket bag for a long afternoon. Layer it over a roll neck as the evenings cool.

Because it is made from a collection of rescued textiles, only one exists. When it's gone, it's gone.
