This vest began as a vintage tablecloth sourced in Italy — its curved embroidery pattern the kind of quiet, considered detail that reveals itself slowly the longer you look. It travelled from Italy to a small studio in east Berlin where it was cut and sewn by hand into this one-of-a-kind vest.
The curved embroidery gives this piece an elegance that is understated and completely its own. The lines move with the fabric in a way that feels both organic and deliberate — the work of someone who cared about every stitch. The boxy silhouette and tie front make it as easy to live in as it is beautiful to look at.
Wear it over a white blouse and wide-leg trousers for an effortless everyday look. Layer it over a simple midi dress for something more considered. Style it with tailored shorts and sandals on a warm day.
Because it is made from a single rescued vintage tablecloth, only one exists. When it's gone, it's gone.
